  2. I'm reading a book called Gratefully Yours. The main character ,Hattie, is facing a challenge by having no family members or friends from a fire and being the only survivor. She is now living in an orphanage but now she was asked if she wants to live a new life and she said yes.So now she is not living in that orphanage and might not live in another one so now she wants to live a better life and is trying to.

  3. Nora is trying to make everyone notice that she can get great grades with obsessing over them. In the story she gets bad grades and than hade the guts to say she likes d's and they have a pretty shape.

    1. That certainly is an interesting way of looking at grades! I wonder how she would feel about getting 4s, 3s, 2s, and 1s!

  5. The book that I am reading is fiction. The conflict in the story is Carter and Sadie have to avenge their father because he was entombed in a golden sarcophagus. They also have to stop Set (the god of destruction). Before he destroys the world with the biggest storm in the history of the world. "With all five of the gods that were released I will shape the world into my own image!" Set said. Ian G.

    1. That sounds like a book full of action, Ian. I'd be interested to know what happens when you reach the climax of the story.
